The Green Tent

A knowledge-based platform that regularly hosts experts, scholars, and thought leaders in environmental and societal issues, with an intensive schedule every year during the month of Ramadan.

The platform addresses issues of local, regional, and global importance, hosting specialists from both inside and outside Qatar. It serves as a public forum for free democratic interaction based on scientific methodology and constructive dialogue, leading to objective scientific analyses and conclusions presented to the public, decision-makers, and interested researchers.

Its impact extends to both the citizen and the nation.

The Qatar Natural History Group – “QNHG” is pleased to announce the launch of the 19th edition of the Green Tent!
Over the course of 11 sessions, we will host experts and scientists from various fields, either in person or via video conferencing, to discuss vital societal issues. This year, we have brought together more than 110 scientists and specialists from around the world to expand our network and enrich knowledge exchange.
