The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change received a report regarding the presence of waste in the Bouhasiyah area in central Qatar. Upon receiving the report, the specialized team from the Terrestrial Protection Department immediately proceeded to the site and took the necessary measures to remove and clear the waste.
The Ministry stressed the importance of disposing of waste in designated areas, particularly construction waste, warning of the environmental impacts of indiscriminate disposal on terrestrial areas and vegetation cover.
The Ministry called on everyone to help maintain the cleanliness of terrestrial areas, comply with environmental requirements, and report any environmental violations by contacting the Environmental Operations Room at 16066, in order to protect the environment and its natural components.
